Journey to India: from South to North

February 24 – March 11.2019

Travel through various regions of India: the far south of Kerala, Delhi and Jaipur, and the far North, the Himalayas around Dharmsala. Have fun traveling with a group, learning how the threads of spirituality, culture and history are woven together in the experience of India. Visit temples, historical sites, beaches, Ayurvedic clinics for massage, projects that are working with those in need in India, spend an afternoon on a houseboat in the Kerala backwaters, visit sites in Delhi, the Dalai Lama’s temple in Dharamsala and hear about the struggle of the Tibetan people today. Spend an afternoon visiting an ashram to see and hear what life is like there, have time to explore and shop on your own, and see many interesting sites and visits! Meet Indian guides and friends, sharing their lives, joys and challenges. Build a community with fellow pilgrims, expand your worldview, open your heart. Travel making a difference for yourself and the communities you visit.
